River Whispers' Launch Party!!!

Warning: blatant book promo ahead,
but it had to be done.

OH MY STARS!!!

River Whispers'
Utah launch party is THIS Saturday.

I can hardly wait.
I'm doing something different at this launch.
Mustang Jo is coming all the
way from Idaho to be with me.

Who is Mustang Jo?
She's a legendary cattle whisperer.
Really!!!
She has helped teach cattle ranchers
from Canada to Arizona
how to do low-stress herding.
So . . . why am I having her come to
River Whispers' launch?

The book is set in the West and takes
place in a small community of ranchers.
Plus, I turned to Mustang Jo for research.
And
she's my sister!

Yes! It's true.

During one of our fishing trips, I
came up with the idea for the book.

Come join in the fun!!!

Saturday May 14th

At the Deseret Book in Fort Union

From 11:00 to 1:00 p.m.

We're serving a "mock" dutch oven dessert.

Yummo!

We couldn't exactly have a campfire in
the book store, so we're doing the next
best thing. But I have to tell you
it's going to be "Lion House Pantry" good!!!

  4. Carol,
    Carol,
I hope we have fun. We're going to try our hardest.

A community garage sale...don't let my husband hear this. He brakes for garage sales. Last weekend while I was at the conference, he bought a box of model cars. He was so proud. :)

  5. Laura,
The book came out last week! A store manager emailed and told me that my novel had arrived.

I'm told it's very difficult to schedule a hard release date unless you're Stephanie Meyer or J.K. Rowling.

I'd be thrilled if you would add it to your glad tidings sidebar!!!

Thanks! And for those interested, I found out that my publisher has it also available as an ebook. So cool! :)
