I love, love, love, love, love the cover.

More information about

  1. Oooh! Very striking! I like it! What do I think it's about? An isolated fishing cabin in the mountains with suspenseful happenings . . . can't wait to find out more!

  2. I love your cover, too. I'd guess there's a murder and the heroine is in danger and it's set someplace in or near the Rockies.

  3. I love the cover, too, Kathi. It's beautiful. But I don't know what it's about, other than a river in a mountainous area.

  6. A body is found in an icy river. The sheriff of the small town is a female, having worked hard to make it up through the ranks of a male-dominated field. She turns to a handsome, single detective for help in solving the case. Even though it's an unlikely match, the sparks fly.

They find the killer, fall in love, and bring it in for a satisfying landing.

That's how it looks to me. :) But I guess I'll have to wait to read it!

    Waving and smiling,

    Rhonda

  10. Thanks, Ronda.
Yes, it's in the mountains by a river. I know I'm asking a lot, but I was just curious to see what everyone saw when they looked at it.

  12. Rhonda,
Great try. And close too. There is a body found on the river bank. A sheriff does get involved. I can't wait to let you know more about the story.

  15. Kathi - I love the cover, too! It definitely has a suspenseful feel to it. I'm just hoping no one feel through the ice, drowned, and the heroine finds the body! Yikes! =) Can't wait for it to come out. I've loved all of your books.

  16. Danyelle,
I'm glad you like it! And have no fear, no one fell through the ice. Though, the river does have a major role in this novel.

Ah, you make me feel so good. I'm honored that you have liked all my books. I can't wait to read your new book. :)

  17. Hi Kathi -

Wow! Impressive cover. I'm late to the comments, but I think the river might not only be a literal part but a figurative part of the story. It could represent how the lives of the characters move forward like a rushing river.

    Blessings,
    Susan :)

  22. Love the cover! Really great color and image. As for what it's about ... a giant salmon is spawned in the river and tries to eat the heroine when she accidentally falls in. Ha ha. :)
