I hope you had a fun 4th of July. I got sunburned, ate too much apple pie (my own fault since I made it), and saw spectacular fireworks. I couldn't ask for much more. Though, I would have loved to have gone to Provo for the Stadium of Fire program. One of the young women in my ward said she went and had a great time watching the Jonas Brothers. So for those of us who couldn't be there, here's a video to see some of what we missed.
For the month of July, I wanted to blog about the pioneers who settled in Utah on the 24th.
I thought having a post with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir singing America the Beautiful would be a good transition from celebrating our nation's independence to celebrating the pioneers.
Enjoy!
